Megumi Aizawa 相澤 恵

  • Experience working in project coordination and quality-focused roles
    within international companies, allowing me to understand and respond sensitively
    to both employee needs and organizational contexts.

  • Yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices rooted in training in India, introduced through a clear, accessible lens informed by Western psychology.

  • Extensive experience in creating safe spaces, where people of different nationalities and backgrounds can pause, reflect, and genuinely connect.

Message

Early in my career, I experienced burnout in a company environment where it felt difficult to speak honestly, and I eventually left suddenly. I later worked in quality leadership and project coordination roles, supporting teams while working closely with clients.

Having experienced both sides, I understand the realities of individuals, teams, and organizations.

Today, I carry these experiences with pride. They led me to deepen my work in yoga, mindfulness, and psychology, and to support people and teams with care, lightness, and genuine connection.

Each session is thoughtfully designed — calm, sometimes playful, and always human.
